PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform safer tension control for a wire electrode by interpolating a notch filter using each tension fluctuation resonance frequency of each wire electrode tension suspending traveling system as each cut-off frequency in a tension control circuit from a tension detecting signal to a speed command input to a servo driver. ;SOLUTION: While the tension suspending traveling route length of a wire electrode is set to a minimum value, a tension detecting signal TM is detected to generate a tension compensating signal TC, the speed command of a servo driver is updated based on a new speed command SC compensating for a reference speed command signal by a compensating signal to set the state traveling while the wire electrode is tension-controlled, and the tension detecting signal TM is repeated fetched in a filter coefficient calculation controller 47.
