PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a primer composition which can exhibit a high adhesive strength between the surface (the adherend surface) of a plastic reinforced molded article and a repairing resin layer. SOLUTION: The primer composition comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane/ polyoxyalkylene copolymer represented by the formula (1): R3 SiO(R2 SiO)n SiR3 [wherein R is independently a hydrogen atom, a substituted or nonsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group or an alkoxy group; (n) is 1-10, provided that one to five groups represented by R are groups represented by Cx H2x O(C2 H4 O)y (C3 H6 O)z A (wherein A is hydrogen atom, a substituted or nonsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group or an acyl group; (x) is 2-6; (y) is 3-20; and (z) is 0-10)], (B) a curable compound, and (C) a diluent.
