PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deteriorate and remove an underground obstacle including a steel pipe pile buried in ordinary construction work without using special materials when performing construction.;SOLUTION: This portable steel pipe electrolytic corrosion device 100 is constituted by a column-like electrode 1 having smaller diameter than inside diameter of a steel pipe 20 by predetermined length and predetermined height, blocking plates 2a, 2b composed of elastic members fitted and inserted into upper and lower ends of the column-like electrode 1, a liquid supply pipe 3, a liquid discharge pipe 4 discharging electrolyte solution and hydroxide generated by electrolytic corrosion, a gas exhaust pipe 5 exhausting gas, a liquid discharge means 6 attached to the liquid discharge pipe 4, a power supply terminal 7 for connecting direct current power supply 50 on the ground with the column-like electrode 1, a suspension fitting 8 used for hoisting up and down in the steel pipe 20, and a sediment collapse prevention mesh 10 provided at the outer periphery of the column-like electrode 1 and made of an insulation material. The electrolytic corrosion device is lowered to depth for electrolytic corrosion. Anode of the direct current power supply is connected with the steel pipe, and cathode of the direct current power supply is connected with a power supply terminal of the electrolytic corrosion device to apply voltage for electrolytic corrosion of the steel pipe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
