PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consistently reclaim dredged sand from the water bottom onto the water by a reclaiming boat. ;SOLUTION: A device of solidifying sand is installed on the water and a solidifying agent is added into dredged sand S through the solidifying device, in the state that a barge is loaded with the dredged sand and agitated and mixed together. The dredged sand S treated with the agent is cured to bring out a strength. The cured dredged sand is transferred to a reclaiming boat and dropped from the boat to settle down. The device of solidifying sand is provided with piers 11, 12 arranged at both sides of a mooring part 10 connecting the barge 1, a gate type crane 20 transferably installed on the piers 11, 12 so as to stride the mooring part 10, a non-contact detector 40 detecting the variation of the height of the barge 1 by ultrasonic wave or the like, and agitators 30, 30 installed to be vertically movable on the gate type crane 20 are moved up or down on the basis of the detected result of the non-contact detector 40 to agitate the dredged sand loaded in the barge 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
