PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail transmission server capable of converting a character string included in mail into optimum contents and transmitting the contents.;SOLUTION: The mail transmission server divides a character string of received mail (S103) and extracts an object of character animation as to each character and each word (S105). Then the mail transmission server calculates a point of the object of character animation by each character and each word (S107) and totalizes the points of the objects of the character animations as to each pattern of combinations of each character and each word for forming the received character string (S109) to rank the priority of each pattern. The mail transmission server calculates a file size and a reproduction time in the order of patterns with higher priority and composes the animations to transmit the result to a reception terminal when the file size and the reproduction time satisfy a constraint condition (YES in S111).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
