PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of enlarging a temporary post due to the continuous action of bending moment on the temporary post while supporting an inner peripheral frame by a lifting device and delaying a construction period by forming an opening for passing the temporary post through in an outer peripheral frame in a method of constructing the outer peripheral frame constituting the frame of an outer peripheral part out of a frame between girders, on a skeleton for supporting the frame between the girders, and constructing the temporary post under the outer peripheral frame, while assembling the inner peripheral frame constituting a frame on the inner peripheral side of the outer peripheral frame, on the ground and lifting it up.;SOLUTION: The inner peripheral frame 2 is constructed on the ground in a floating state from the ground, and a temporary support member 9 is connected to the lower end side on the outer peripheral side of the inner peripheral frame 2. Pulleys 6, 10 are connected to the top of the temporary post 5 and the temporary support member 9, respectively, and a wire 13 is connected to the top of the temporary post 5 or the pulleys 6 and a hoisting machine 12 installed on the ground, via both pulleys 6, 10.
