PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-reproducing device by which a listener can form an optimal surround sound field by easily correcting the output angle of a sound beam, according to the setting of a hearing position of the sound reproducing device, and to provide a sound beam reflection position correcting method for the sound-reproducing device.;SOLUTION: In this sound-reproducing device 1, when it is installed in a room for reproducing surround sound, an operating part 4 receives the inputs of installation position information of a speaker array 8 and hearing position information of the listener U, a system control part 2 calculates the output angle of sound beams of a rear channel (SLch, SRch) for outputting the sound beams to the listener U and a first point of reflection for first reflecting the sound beams to the surface of a wall to determines whether the point is located ahead of the listener U.
