PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve design accuracy and to prevent check omission by selecting a design review process and the large classification/middle classification of check object items and thus relating and setting-processing a design sheet and reference data. SOLUTION: By a first setting processing means 41, a development process name and the check object items or the like composed of respective large, middle and small classifications are setting-processed. By a second setting processing means 42, a project name is setting-processed. By a third setting processing means 43, the design sheet provided with the items of check contents and results, etc., is setting-processed. By a forth setting processing means 44, the design review process corresponding to the project name is setting-processed. Finally, by a relating and setting processing means 45, the design sheet and the reference data are related and setting-processed. By such constitution, the reference data are related, and when a certain check object in the design review process is selected, the reference data are automatically decided and a design review processing is accurately performed.
