PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining element for tunnel construction by allowing concrete to be poured into the plural lining elements when the concrete is placed within the lining elements to be used as a tunnel body and a construction method for tunnel lining, using the lining element. ;SOLUTION: The lining element is provided with an earth retaining slide plate 50, slide plates 51, 52 for closing an opening communicating with the outside, and an earth retaining slide plate joint 53.
