PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a gap from the rear side of a cover 5 covering the upper surface of a storage part 2 by making a substrate 10 for a holding rack of a book stand rise and fall while being linked with opening/closing of the cover 5.;SOLUTION: The cover 5 is turned and linked by a turning and linking fitting 7 equipped with a support shaft 6 lower than the upper surface of a storage part 2. An attachment 11 composed of a pair of long rods and a turning support shaft 13 bending the terminal of one long rod by bending a round rod is fixed at each of both the left and right side edges of the substrate 10, and the turning support shaft 13 is supported on the lateral side of the turning and linking fitting 7 parallel with the support shaft 6. The top (regulator 12) of the attachment 11 is projecting provided to be made in slide contact with the upper surface of a side edge member 2b extended across the axial line of the turning support shaft 13 of the substrate 10 on the upper surface of the storage part 2. The attachment 11 (regulator 12) is supported on the upper surface of a rear edge member 2a to make the rear side of the cover 5 approximately orthogonal with the upper surface of the substrate 10 when the cover 5 is largely opened and turned with respect to the upper surface of the storage part 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
