PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve without increasing identification codes, a situation that display amounts of monochrome information codes such as a bar code are limited, and the number of information codes to be displayed in each display item and the number of display items are short. ;SOLUTION: Information codes are formed by arranging three kinds of display areas or more with different colors (reflection or radiation wavelength characteristics) in a prescribed array, and combination of the wavelength characteristics of the display areas in this array is used as an element of information display. An information amount to be displayed by this information code is a value obtained by increasing the number of the kinds of display areas to a power by the number of the arranged display areas.
