PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the relation between the rotation quantity and the time of a driving shaft and a driven shaft; and to calculate dynamic load (stress) and strain characteristics of a driving transmission part by simulating the calculation value such that both the measurement value and the calculation value correspond while comparing the measurement value of the rotation quantity of the driven shaft with the calculation value thereof. PSOLUTION: The relation between the rotation quantity and the time of the driving shaft and the relation of the driven shaft are measured by using a measuring device arranged on the driving shaft and the driven shaft of an experimental device (S4). The related data between the rotation quantity and the time of the driven shaft measured is input to a mechanism analysis model of the experimental device constructed beforehand. Next, the analysis is performed by using the mechanism analysis model (S7) based on the initial value of belt load (stress) and strain characteristics (S6), and the relation between the rotation quantity and the time of the driven shaft is calculated. Next, the relation between the rotation quantity and the time of the driven shaft calculated is compared with the relation between the rotation quantity and the time of the driven shaft measured (S11-S13).
