PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize fluidic vibration in a low flow area to expand a flow quantity measurement area measured by fluidic vibration output to the low flow area side.;SOLUTION: An opening edge 6a at the outlet 6 of a nozzle 3 is formed to a curved surface with a radius equal to or less then a fixed value. Accordingly, the fluctuation of the separation position of the fluid at the opening verge 6a decreases when the fluid is jetted from the nozzle 3.
