PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition containing a urethane (meth)acrylate-based oligomer hardenable by irradiation of ultraviolet rays or electron rays, capable of providing a coating membrane excellent in crack resistance of the surface of the coating membrane, and drying properties. SOLUTION: This composition containing a urethane (meth)acrylate-based oligomer is obtained by reacting (a) an isocyanate compound having at least two isocyanate groups in a molecule, (b) a polyoxytetramethylene glycol having 300-2,000 number average molecular weight, (c) an alkylene diol having a =4C linear carbon chain between two hydroxyl groups, and a side chain on the carbon of the linear carbon chain, and (d) a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate.
