PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for correcting and winding the meandering of a metallic strip.;SOLUTION: In a processing apparatus of the metallic strip, by imparting inclining function to a deflector pinch roll just before winding machines on the outlet side, shifting the winding machines in the width direction in accordance with the shifting amount of the meandering in the width direction of the metallic strip and also inclining the deflector pinch rolls, the edge part of the metallic strip is trued up with high accuracy over the entire length and the strip is wound.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
