PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesive power by forming plural kinds of minute coloring layers having mutually different colorings on the surface of a light transmissivity sheet supporting body and forming the black matrix, in which carbon black is included and the flocculating force is specified, in the gap regions of each pixel and the surrounding of pixel groups. ;SOLUTION: On the surface of a light transmissivity sheet supporting body 1, the pixel groups, which are made of minute coloring layers having red R1, green G1 and blue B1 pixels, are formed and positioned through gap regions IN. Then, the top surfaces of each pixel, the regions IN and the surrounding of the pixel groups are covered by a photosensitive black resin layer 2 and a back surface exposure is applied to harden the layer 2. Then, the pixel sheet is contacted to developer to remove photosensitive black resin layers 2R, 2G and 2B from the pixel top surfaces and a black matrix 2S having black resin layers is formed in the gap regions of each pixel.
