PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baking furnace capable of suppressing the occurrence of a thermal grade to a product to be burned through radiation cooling although an amount of energy needed for burning of the product to be burned is reduced, to provide a method for manufacturing a burned product, and to provide the burned product.;SOLUTION: A sintering chamber 16 partitioned for formation by a partition wall 15 is situated at the internal pat of a chamber 11. The partition wall 15 forms double structure of an outer shell 15a and an inner shell 15b. The outer shell 15 has heat insulation property and allows penetration of microwave, and the inner shell 15b effects self-heat-generation by microwaves.
