PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consider a pH neutralization counterplan for wastewater of a disposal plant so as not to especially exert effect on a life-environment, in the landfill structure of the disposal site for disposing of alkaline waste such as coal ash.;SOLUTION: In the landfill structure of the disposal site for disposing of alkaline waste such as coal ash, a loamy soil bed 3, a pearlite-containing soil bed 4, a draining filter bed 5, a draining means 6 and a water barrier bed 7 are successively provided under an alkaline waste bed 2 such as a coal ash bed on which a soil cover 1 with predetermined thickness is applied.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
