SOLUTION: A head wave candidate position calculating part 14 calculates the position where a sample value of a delay profile first becomes a peak as a candidate for a peak wave position, and a head wave position selecting part 15 selects a head wave position that is temporally the earliest among head wave position candidates as a head wave position in the delay profile.
