PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a case data base without imposing a load by registering a processed case when job processing of a registry office is performed regarding an information retrieval device.;SOLUTION: The information retrieval device is constituted of an input means 21 for performing input required for the job processing requesting input items, an information retrieval key collection means 22 for storing preliminarily specified input information as an information retrieval key, a case registration means 25 for registering case information in the case data base 26 by associating the case information with the stored information retrieval key, and an information retrieval means for retrieving the case data base by the stored information retrieval key.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
