PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging position setting means for subjects which enables the setting of sites of X-ray irradiation, namely, X-ray imaging target areas accurately without fail not depending on experiences and intuitions even when the sites are located inside the subjects.;SOLUTION: When the subject is securely held by a subject fixing means to make the X-ray imaging target areas match specified positions of the subject, a model OM of the subject obtained by the modelling and drawing of the subject and the X-ray imaging target areas Q are displayed on a display means and the positions of the X-ray imaging target areas Q are set on the model OM watching relative motions between the subject and the X-ray imaging target areas displayed as the motions of the X-ray imaging target areas Q with respect to the model OM of the subject.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
