PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress cost increase in an optical beacon by realizing inspection of connection status of an antenna mounted on a vehicle regardless of communication procedures specified by the VICS(Vehicle Information Communication System). PSOLUTION: The program diagnoses connection status of an optical beacon antenna and an optical beacon transceiver by a computer mounted on the vehicle and is provided with a High/Low check step (S32) which checks High/Low status of an input signal from a receiving port in a specified timing, a High/Low count step (S34 to S37) which count the number of High/Low of the input signal switching the output signal to High/Low to a transmitter port according to the above check result, and a determining step (S40) which determines that the connection status is normal when the count result is over a specified value or over a specified ratio after the High/Low count steps are executed specified number of times.
