PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic stainless steel sheet, as an exhaust system material, capable of securing high temperature strength in an intermittently heated state and hardly causing peeling of the resultant oxide scale.;SOLUTION: This steel sheet has a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.002-0.03% C, 2.00% Si, ≤2.00% Mn, ≤0.040% P, ≤0.030% S, ≤0.50% Ni, 10.5-20.0% Cr, ≤0.015% N, 0.005-1% Al, 0.01-1.0% Ti, 0.0003-0.0070% B, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and satisfying Ti/(C+N)≥6 and containing, if necessary, 0.2-3.0% Mo or further 0.1-1.0% Nb or further either or both of 0.01-0.10% Zr and 0.0010-0.0050% Mg.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
