PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high atmosphere corrosion resisting ferritic stainless steel sheet containing Ti in which nitriding and hydrogen embrittlement are prevented by an approach for making the most of dull and embossed pattern and excellent in workability. ;SOLUTION: By executing heating treatment whose heating temp. (°C) and holding time (h) are within the range surrounded by point A (50°C, 30 h), point B (50°C, 1000 h), point C (500°C, 5 h) and point D (500°C, 0.03 h) shown in the figure in the air or the atmosphere of hydrogen of ≤15 vol.% to stainless steel containing 16-35 wt.% Cr, 0.05 to (0.5-10N) wt.% Ti, 0.005-0.3 wt.% Al, 0-6 wt.% (including non-addition) Mo and 0-1.0 wt.% (including non-addition) Nb and N content is ≤0.02 wt.%, which is bright-annealed in the atmosphere of hydrogen of 85 vol.%, and more and not nitrided, the hydrogen content in the steel is taken as ≤1 ppm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
