PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instillator for ophthalmic operation in which an operator himself or herself can simply achieve the sure dropping of eye drops to a given point of an operation field in the ophthalmic operation under a microscope.;SOLUTION: A pipe portion attached to a microscope for an operation is included, one end of the pipe portion is opened and terminated to be free to communicate with an eye drop storing portion accommodating the eye drops, the other end extends toward the operation field and a dropping hole to drop the eye drops is formed on its tip, the drying prevention, washing, temperature adjustment or the like of an operation part is made possible by dropping from the dropping hole to the operation field under the microscope the eye drops led via the pipe portion from the eye drop storing portion, moreover, the dropping position of the eye drop from the dropping hole can be changed to a given point of the operation field or the outside of the operation field by one hand operation of the operator by changing an angle when an orthogonal projection line segment, which is the centering index of the operation field and is obtained by orthogonally projecting onto the face including the operation field a line segment connecting the attaching point of the pipe portion to the microscope and the dropping hole, rotates centering around the attaching point side and by changing the length of the orthogonal projection line segment, and the length change of the orthogonal projection line segment is achieved by the change in the form of the pipe portion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
