PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for a screen plate which can facilitate plate making and can suppress the deformation of a mesh after a repeated use of the screen plate.;SOLUTION: In the production method for the screen plate, wire materials 4b are woven to produce a mesh 4, and the mesh 4 is annealed to cure itself, bonding the cured mesh 4 to the plate frame 2. Thus, the wire materials 4b can be woven into a mesh easily in the production of the mesh 4, with facilitated plate making. Furthermore, the mutually crossing wire materials 4b, 4b have high adhesiveness at the completion of the mesh 4, under the state of which the mesh 4 is annealed and cured, suppressing the mesh 4 from being deformed after the repeated use of the screen plate 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
