Precision positioning method of the anchor bolt to the foundation by the swing-type anchor bolt

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately position an anchor bolt in a foundation by a simple procedure by using an extremely simply constituted member without using a batter board.;SOLUTION: A pedestal 1a of a fixture 1 is fixed on leveling concrete 2 in response to a center mark for the anchor bolt positioned and displayed on the concrete, and the anchor bolt 6 is uplifted to a hollow bolt 1b via a hinge part 4 and a turnbuckle part 5, and afterwards, concrete for a base part and a rising part of the foundation is simultaneously placed. Next, before hardening the concrete, the anchor bolt 6 inclined by bending of the hinge part 4 by placing pressure, is vertically adjusted, while measuring by a plumb gauge, and a vertical state is held by a vertical holder up to hardening the concrete, and the anchor bolt 6 is precisely positioned and installed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
