PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic opening and closing device for door sealing mechanism capable of solving problems of a manually operating type heavy airtight door, or the problem that it is operable only when both hands are usable and the difficulty that an uniform fastening force (sealing degree) is hardly obtained, by adding a simple structure. SOLUTION: A door 1 having sealing mechanisms 4-8 for pressing the end side of the door 1 onto a doorframe comprises an electric releasing means for performing the release of the sealed state by the sealing mechanisms 4-8, a self-closing means 2 for automatically returning the door 1 from the open state to the close state, a door close detecting means 15 for detecting the door close state, and sealing mechanisms 9-11 having, as drive source, an electric motor 10 operated when the door close state is detected by the door close detecting means 15.
