(57) Abstract In order to monitor the process treatment, petrochemical processing system of the petroleum and the processing system of the water, it is possible to use the thickness disconnect mode resonance device which is measured simultaneously with the accumulation and fluid property of the block. As for this thickness disconnect mode resonance device, with the generator circuit it is the piezo-electric crystal which is used, the block, and viscosity of the fluid which because of this, contacts with the piezo-electric surface and/or it is possible to measure density.
