PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of being stored in a compact form and developed in space. SOLUTION: A hexagonal module M is constructed into a framed structure with beams 101 rigidly joined together. Twenty modules M are connected together in a predetermined pattern with joints J. The modules M of prismatic contour in a folded state are adapted to be developed in such procedures as to prevent the modules M from interfering with one another. In a developed process, the adjacent modules are connected and fixed to one another with couplers, and finally they become the space structure in a spherical shell form.
