PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for molding a large-sized light guide plate consisting of a movable mold, which comprises a main body part and an outer wall part capable of being controlled in the alternation of its position in the mold on-off direction with respect to a main body part and having the mating surface with a fixed mold on the side of the fixed mold and a cavity forming surface provided in the inside surface thereof, and the fixed mold having the mating surface corresponding to the mating surface of the outer wall part and to make it easy to take out a light guide plate by opening the side surface of the light guide plate when the outer wall part is allowed to retreat after molding to take out the light guide plate to take out the light guide plate without dropping and damaging the same.;SOLUTION: The mold for molding the large-sized light guide plate consisting of the movable mold, which comprises the main body part and the outer wall part capable of being controlled in the alternation of its position in the mold on-off direction with respect to the main body part and having the mating surface with the fixed mold on the side of the fixed mold and the cavity forming surface provided to the inside surface thereof, and the fixed mold having the mating surface corresponding to the mating surface of the outer wall part is provided and, after molding, the position of the outer wall part to the main body part of the movable mold is allowed to retreat and the light guide plate is sucked in such a state that the outer wall part and a part of the side surface part of the light guide plate are brought to a contact state to be taken out.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
