PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability when the flexible pipe is branched and connected with an underground buried pipe of, particularly small diameter, and to achieve the corrosion control of the branch output part. ;SOLUTION: The saddle bodies 11, 15 are fixed to an buried pipe 20. A cylinder 30 is screwed into a through port part 18 of the saddle body 15 to be connected. The first sealing material S1 is mounted on a recessed part 14 of the through port part 18. A washer 40 is mounted between a head part 32 of the cylinder 30 and the saddle body 15. A gap between the washer 40 and the saddle body 15 is sealed by the third sealing material S3. A nut body 60 is screwed into the washer 40, and a point 74 of a wavy external pipe 72 is pressed to the second sealing material S2 by a lock ring 70 mounted on the nut body 60.
