Reading out the local government information access system

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system capable of inquiring and paying the costs of a local governing body without the constraint of time or places by using a basic resident register network system. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a user terminal 3 for reading and outputting a resident's card code stored in an IC card 1 and a reference server 6 accessible from the user terminal 3 for allowing the resident to refer to his or her personal information. An identification/mapping server 4 accesses to a basic resident register network system 5 based on the resident's card code in order to confirm whether the resident is a person himself or herself, and specifies the reference server 6 having the personal information of the person himself or herself.
