Motion accuracy measuring device for a machine tool

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement precision measuring device for a machine tool, which is applied to a multi-spindle machine tool, enables any moving path evaluation, and has a simple structure.;SOLUTION: The movement precision measuring device for the machine toll has a first rotating shaft 1 rotating about a Z-axis vertical to a table surface when attached to a table 20 of the machine tool. A first link 8 attached to the first rotating shaft 1 and having a second rotating shaft 2 and rotating about a Y-axis orthogonal to the Z-axis is provided. A second link 9 having a third rotating shaft 3 attached to the first link 8 and rotating about a Y-axis is provided. The second link 9 is provided with a steel ball 10. A magnetic spherical surface seat 12 attached to a main shaft 13 of the machine tool adsorbs the steel 10, thereby moving the main shaft 13. Each link 8, 9 is moved to rotate a first to third rotating shaft 1 to 3. A rotating angle of each rotating shaft 1 to 3 is detected by a rotary encoder 4 to 6, thereby obtaining moving amount in the X, Y, Z direction.
