PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point management system which can integrate and manage points saved on a card and points given at an online shpt as a system which manages points given when an article, etc., is bought.;SOLUTION: This point management system 10 is equipped with a point managing device 20 which is connected to the Internet and the portable card 11 where points are recorded and further equipped with a point operating device 12 which transfers points between the point managing device 20 and card 11. Further, the point managing device 20 is connected to a web server 14 providing online shops by the Internet and has a function of receiving and managing point information sent from the online shops.
