PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly manage a terminal by surely collecting an information in the terminal without regard to an intention of a user of the terminal having mobile telephone functions. PSOLUTION: A management server 20 is provided with a calling means 21 to conduct a call to the mobile telephone (terminal having mobile telephone functions) 10 by a telephone number, and an operation indicating means 22 to indicate an execution of a request operation, by sending a prescribed signal according to the request operation of a manager to the mobile telephone 10. The mobile telephone 10 is provided with an automatic response means 11, to respond automatically to the management server 20, according to the call by the calling means 21 of the management server 20, and an execution means 12 to execute the request operation, according to the prescribed signal from the operation indicating means 22. An application program for achieving the functions as the automatic response means 11 and the execution means 12 in the mobile telephone 10 has been installed in the mobile telephone 10, before the mobile telephone 10 is supplied to each user.
