A method and apparatus for determining its precise and Rapid Moisture and Oil content in oilseeds by means of nuclear Magnetic Resonance, characterized by Automation in Reading data and incorporation of the sample.The introduction in the Computer Memory of the characteristics of a sample is done by means of an optical Reading system. The Tube samples, which is identified by its corresponding Identification System - can also be read automatically.Identifies the tube sample by means of a Second identification system introduced in the Computer Memory of the Tara. Determines the moment the whole Tube sample - sample are correctly located in the radiofrequency Coil of the NMR spectrometer and Measurement Procedures are initiated and weighing of the sample.The corresponding signals are Digitized and the results are sent to the computer for the realization of the mathematical calculation of the percentages by weight of solids, Moisture and Oil of the sample. Withdrew the whole Tube sample - sample NMR spectrometer, and expresses the results of both Measurements.Prepares the system to repeat the process in a New sample. It also discloses the corresponding Device for the application of the procedure.
