The combination of bottle (2) and cap for cultivating micro-organisms/fabrics in a culture medium, which adheres to an internal surface of the bottle in a laboratory, comprises a chamber and a cylindrical shaped neck (3) giving access inside the chamber that is connected with the neck. The cap (1) is made of an elastic deformable material in which the cap is inserted on the neck of the bottle by a translatory movement along the neck and is useful to close the bottle. An external surface of the neck and an internal surface of the cap are equipped with two pairs of co-operation units. The combination of bottle (2) and cap for cultivating micro-organisms/fabrics in a culture medium, which adheres to an internal surface of the bottle in a laboratory, comprises a chamber and a cylindrical shaped neck (3) giving access inside the chamber that is connected with the neck. The cap (1) is made of an elastic deformable material in which the cap is inserted on the neck of the bottle by a translatory movement along the neck and is useful to close the bottle. An external surface of the neck and an internal surface of the cap are equipped with two pairs of co-operation units, which are arranged to produce- an interlocking effect when the cap is not deformed and a releasing effect when the cap is deformed. The cap is inserted on the bottle or withdrawn from the bottle by applying a force on the cap but not on the bottle. The co-operation unit blocks the cap from a ventilation position (12) where a passage for gases are left opened between the cap and the bottle. A deformation of the cap takes place when the cap is in the ventilation position, which causes a release of the co-operation unit. The pairs of co-operation units comprise a recess (13) on the cap and a projection on the neck in which the units are located parallel to each other on the neck. Another pairs of co-operation units are useful to block the cap in a closed position, where the bottle is tight with gas in which the units are located parallel to each other on the neck and the cap. The cap comprises a compression surface to open the co-operation units. The neck comprises lock members and the cap comprises handle in which the neck and the cap having a guiding unit. The guiding unit has guidance tracks on the neck and veins on the cap. The neck has a rectangular polygonal section with rounded corners. Independent claims are included for: (1) a bottle; (2) a cap; and (3) a method to open and close a bottle.
