The invention relates to a method designed for technical and biological reclamation of landfills by making use of sludge from residential water treatment plants and sludge from animal farm wastewaters. The sludge comprises biomass rich in macro- and microelements, organic matter, microorganism, microbial carbon and biologically active substances. After spreading the sludge on the surface layer of the landfill and sowing of mixed grass seeds, water emulsion of acryvinyl-acetate polymer is sprayed over the surface in quantities ranging from 95 to 110 kg/decare. The coating ensures stability of the layer sown with grass against erosion, washing and removal until the germination of the grass seeds to form stable greenery plants. Sometime later the polymer is degraded in the sludge. In this way technical and biological reclamation of terrains of different profiles can be made, including terrains susceptible to erosion and the removal of the surface layer under unfavourable climatic conditions.
