"METHODS FOR PREVENTION OR INHIBITION OF UNCONTROLLED PROLIFERATION AND DISSEMINATION OR MIGRATION OF A METASTASTIC NEOPLASTIC CELL, FOR PREVENTION OF GROWTH OF A MALIGNUM CELL, IN THE CELL OF A HUMAN TUMBLE FEMALE, RESIDUAL CANCER TUMOR AND USE OF A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION ". Pharmaceutical compositions, each consisting of a cell-permeable fusion protein conjugate of a polypeptide cell membrane transport moiety and a Clostridium botulinum C3 exotransferase unit or a functional analog thereof, are provided. The compositions are useful for preventing or inhibiting uncontrolled proliferation, spread and migration of a metastatic neoplastic cancer cell in a mammal.
