NUCLEIC ACID CODING A LAWSONIA INTRACELLULARIS PROTEIN, DNA FRAGMENT, RECOMBINANT DNA MOLECULE, LIVE RECOMBINANT CELL, LAWSONIA INTRACULARIS PROTEIN FOR MECHOSA PRECELLULARIS, FOR THE USE OF MECHANESIS DIAGNOSTIC TEST The present invention relates to nucleic acids encoding new proteins of lawsonia intracellularis. In addition it concerns the living recombinant DNA fragments and recombinant carriers comprising these sequences. It also tells host cells that comprise such nucleic acids, DNA fragments, recombinant DNA molecules, and living recombinant carriers. In addition, the invention relates to proteins encoded by these nucleotide sequences and their use for vaccine manufacture. Invention also concerns vaccines to combat Lawsonia intracellularis infections and methods for preparing them.
