PROCESS FOR THERMOCATALLY CONVERSION OF RESIDUAL ORGANIC MATERIALS IN REUSABLE FUELS, PROCESS AND PLANT FOR CONVERSION OF DIESEL FUELS AND A SUBSTANTIALLY BASE-PROCESSABLE PROCESSING of waste materials into reusable fuels and a process-produced fuel, which involves the steps of applying molten waste material (11) into one or more pyrolysis chambers (26) through heated and valve manifolds (22) and performing of pyrolysis of waste material in a gaseous state in an oxygen purged and pressure controlled environment. Pyrolytic gases are then transferred to a catalytic converter (29) where the molecular structure of the gaseous material is altered in structure and shape, and the gases are then transferred to one or more condensers (30a) to distill and cool the gases in their respective fractions. after post-pyrolysis treatment, the fuel fractions then form a usable fuel. This includes melting the residual (plastic) material (11) prior to application to any of the pyrolysis chambers (26), making the movement of the material in the catalytic tower (29) a semicontinuous operation, directing the molten waste material into a or in more, but preferably four, pyrolysis chambers (26a, b, c, d), making each camera capable of independently operating, optionally mechanical removal of residual charred material from the pyrolysis chamber (107 by use of a helical screw thread).
