Process for obtaining biodiesel by esterification and transesterification of trigliceru00ecdeos using alcohols in a state supercru00ectico, with decrease of temperature and pressure through the use of a mixture of oil and water in the state subcru00ectico comprising the manufacture of biodi Esel without the use of catalytic converters.Allowing the reaction is performed in a time less than the traditional process (using catalysts) in the separation of the products more simple.For the critical point of the alcohol to be used is achieved at temperatures more low, should be added in a previous step to reaction with the alcohol through hydrolysis of water with the triglyceride, converting the main reaction in esterification.
