The present Invention provides formulations for freeze-drying Live Attenuated vaccine of Vibrio cholerae in improved Environmental Safety, which includes in its composition, a combination of at least three of the following Substances: lactose, peptone, yeast extract and sorbitol.These formulations provide instant solubility and good organoleptic characteristics of the preparation of vaccine, Vaccine Agent some tolerance to Moisture and Oxygen in the presence of Transient stability of Product Packaging and storage without the need to temper Freezing temperatures.
