A device for dispensing drugs with a spring locking device. The device includes a drive element capable of moving toward the distal end within the housing, and a fluid container with a movable piston that moves by the drive element when said drive element moves toward the distal end of the drive means. The device includes a blocking element having a runner that can slide over the surface of the drive element while passing the drive element toward the distal end during movement. The drive element has such a structure and is mounted with a slide in such a way as to hold the locking protrusion of the locking element by the spring force in the first position, in the state of disengagement from the drive means, during dose preparation and injection before the last dose. The surface that engages with the runner extends away from the runner in such a way that the runner extends beyond the proximal end of the surface when the final dose is introduced, and the locking protrusion is pressed by the spring elastic force from the first position to the second position, physically blocking the drive means to prevent further preparation doses and injections.
