The invention relates to medicine, in particular to maxillofacial surgery and oncology.The inventive aim is to treat intraosseous hemangioma by conservative therapy, thus preserving the integrity of the jaw-bone, providing conditions for full restoration of osseous tissue in bone cavity full of blood, preventing bleeding dangerous for patient's life, so to save the patient from several surgical operations, for example, jaw resection and autogenous plasty.The inventive task is characterized in that the method for the treatment of intraosseous hemangioma comprises introducing a solution into the intraosseous cavity, after outlining a pathology zone using local anaesthetization, a bone cortical plate is perforated by a fissure bur after that the bur is replaced to a needle of similar diameter filing the intraosseous cavity with a hardening biomaterial comprising hydroxyapatite and surgical gypsum rated 3:1dissolved in physiological solution, followed by repeated radiography for checking the completeness of the cavity filling.
