The invention relates to a block, executed in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, on the back face of which on the whole height of the block a vertical gain having depth B is located, side faces of which are positioned at the angle α to the back surface and form “dovetail” in cross-section, in which the length Lof the back surface of the gain and the lengths Lof the parts of the back face on the both sides from the gain are in the following ratio:0.5·L-B·ctgαL0.5·L,where 0ºα90º.The invention also relates to the use of the block of the said construction as a structural unit for dehumidified masonry of the building constructions, as a facing element, as ventilated facade elements.It also relates to a method of dehumidified masonry of the building constructions, at which the blocks, supplied with mating parts of the interlock, are laid in respect of one to another forming the interlock between adjacent blocks with fixing the adjacent blocks from the shifts in the direction of long axis and pintles of the construction. At that the blocks of the described above building are laid in such a way that the back surface of the gain of one block is combined with the surfaces of one of the parts of the back faces on the both sides from the gain, at least, of two adjacent with it in the direction of long axis of the blocks with the further formation of construction gap, the blocks adjacent in the direction of pintles of the construction are being laid in alignment.2
