A roaster-and-oven combinational assembly operating with glowing embers produced by the draught of the flues 7 is disclosed. It bears a double sliding and overlapping door, a portable overlapping roasting grid with removable grips and a portable grid for the glowing embers. It can be use in forests, under bad weather conditions (wind, rain), it operates with dry tree branches collected from the surrounding country space without inducing fire since it is working in enclosed space. It is manufactured from laminated material with or without heat chamber 15 and with no use of screws and nuts, it expands in 30-60 sec its volume while operating and it regains -when placed into the metal box 12- its small size for being stored and transported. It is durable for years since it gasifies the liquids dripping on the fireplace. It roasts tender and delicious meat products with no fat ignition.
