: The invention relates to a method and system of desalination with or without simultaneous generation of electricity.The system for desalination of water uses a submersible vessel containing within in,at least one hydroelectric turbines that generate electricity,using the pressure of the seawater at the head,one or more high pressure pumps that will pump out water at a very high pressure ,a chamber kept at one atmospheric pressure wherein a plurality of reverse osmosis devices are kept that desalinate water when water at high pressure is pumped through them,one or more hydroelectric turbines each connected to a power generator through suitable shafting means that use water pressure to generate electricity before water is let in at high pressure to the sea to disperse without damaging the ecosphere within the sea.
