This invention relates to cold and hot food keeping container especially mounted on mobile vending vehicle such as tri-cycles to s sell cold or hot food items on roads. The hitherto been known mobile vending vehicle such as tri-cycle either carry container having cold food items or carry container having hot food items separately. It was difficult to carry both containers having cold food items and hot food items at a time mounted on the same mobile vending vehicle such as tri-cycle, since both cooling and heating systems have to be provided separately for the respective containers within a limited space of the mobile vending vehicle such as tri-cycle. Now with this invented technology it is possible to carry both cold and hot food items in cold and hot conditions respectively at a time using a Thermo Electric Module fitted on the partition wall of a partitioned container mounted on a mobile vending vehicle such as tri-cycle.
